Booking Terms and Conditions

All reservations include a 15-minute grace period from the time we arrive at the booking. After this time an additional waiting fee may apply.

If the time and or distance is exceeded for your pre-paid booking, an additional payment may be required for the extra service provided.

Rick’s Mini Bus Hire accept no responsibility for any loss or damage to personal belongings or luggage while using our services.

Seat Belts

Seat belts must be worn by all passengers as determined by Australian road rules. All passengers must be seated and wearing seatbelts when the vehicle is moving. Passengers must not place any part of their body outside of the moving vehicle at any time.

Alcohol

Alcohol is not to be consumed on our buses at any time which includes carrying open alcohol containers. We encourage responsible behaviour if alcohol is consumed prior to using one of our services.

Wine/alcohol purchased during a tour can be carried on the bus, however it must remain sealed for the duration of the journey.

Rick’s Mini Bus Hire reserves the right to terminate the tour if alcohol consumption or unruly behaviour occurs on the bus. Intoxicated passengers may also be declined from boarding the bus at any time.

Cleaning, Damages or Befouling

A befouling fee will apply to those who cannot control bodily functions. Additional costs will also apply if commercial cleaning or repairs need to be undertaken and if the bus cannot be used for a considerable amount of time.

Any actions causing damage or deemed threatening or dangerous to the driver or passengers will be reported to the Police. The driver reserves the right to remove any passengers or terminate the service as a result.

Smoking

It is against the law to smoke in any of our buses.

Cancellation Policy

Bookings can be cancelled at any time, however the eligibility for a refund is at the discretion of the business owner depending on the time and circumstances of the cancellation.

Payment Options

Our preferred method of payment is via EFT (bank transfer). We also accept cash payments and credit cards at the commencement of your journey. When late night pickups are required, our preference is that bookings are paid in full prior to travel.
