General questions

What bus sizes do you have?

Our fleet of buses can seat up to 13 people at any one time.

How do I book?

Call 0408 083 922 or email enquiries@ricksminibushire.com.au for a quote. To secure your booking, simply pay a small deposit to lock it in.

How much does it cost?

Prices do depend on the distance you need us to travel or the time of day/night, so contact us for a quote and you’ll be surprised how affordable we are.

Can I arrange multiple pickup locations and drop offs?

Absolutely, we are happy to do as many pickups or drop offs that you need.

Do you provide child seats?

Yes absolutely, we welcome babies and young children on our buses. Just let us know at the time of booking so that we can reserve a baby or booster seat for you.

Can I drink alcohol on the bus?

Strictly no alcohol can be consumed on our buses.

Can you accommodate passengers with a walker or wheelchair?

We have a wheelchair lift available and room for foldable walkers. Space can be limited depending on the number of passengers and luggage, so please get in contact with us to discuss your needs.

What are your operating hours?

We operate 24hours a day, 7 days a week.

Do you operate during the night or on public holidays?

Yes, we operate at any time including public holidays.

Can I take an esky/chairs on the bus?

We have available space for esky’s and chairs, but the amount that we can take does depend on the total number of passengers. Alternatively, we also have a luggage trailer available for hire if needed.

 

Payments and cancellations

How do I pay?

Our preferred method of payment is via EFT (bank transfer) but we do also accept cash payments and credit cards at the commencement of your journey.

When do I need to pay?

After the deposit has been paid to secure the booking, the full payment will be due 48 hours prior if using EFT (bank transfer). Alternatively, you can pay by cash or credit card on the day at the commencement of your journey.

What if I need to cancel my booking?

Bookings can be cancelled at any time. Refund eligibility is at the discretion of the business owner.

 

Winery tours and special occasions

Do I need to arrange my own itinerary, or can you help with that?

With enough notice, we are happy to arrange your itinerary and book specific wineries on your behalf. Please note that some locations do not accept bookings due to the group size or availability on the day.

Do wineries charge tasting fees?

Some wineries charge a tasting fee ranging from $5 to $20 per person. This may be waved for small groups or when a purchase is made, but please factor this into your budget for the day.

Can we bring our own music?

Yes definitely. We have a CD player, iPod connections and an auxiliary cord available.
